Standard High Pressure Sodium Lamps

Cannock electrical stock four standard types of high pressure sodium lamps, two types of elliptical (E), and two types of the tubular (T) version. The two types are one has an ignitor within the lamp (I) and the other uses an external ignitor (E) within the light fitting, when looking for a replacement high pressure sodium lamp always look for the (E) or (I) printed on the lamp itself, and then decide if its an elliptical, shaped similar to a rugby ball (the one above on the left) or tubular (the one above on the right). Please note when disposing of the old lamp, local goverment regulations must be observed.
